Sunday - to unwind or waste?

Started of as any other Sunday. I woke up late, skipped breakfast, watched "The Practice" (the season's penultimate episode), showered, went off to lunch. Took my car for its longest drive yet on the way to lunch. Thankfully no scratches or bumps on the car today. Napped after I got back, lazed around the house, and then it was time for dinner. Spaces in between these activities were punctuated by TV and general conversation with my room-mate.

At the end of the day, I was wondering - did I use this Sunday to unwind or did I waste it? I can argue on both sides depending on what I want it to be.

Was it relaxing? YES
Did I tax my mind too much? NO
Did I physically exert myself much? NO
Good - I've managed to unwind from a week of work.

By the way -
Did I learn anything new? NO
Did I attempt anything new? NO, except for my car drive.
Did I change the way I do anything? NO
Perfect - I've wasted a day.

I think I am going to have to plan my Sunday's a little better. I need to find a way to unwind, yet relaxing. I used to do it earlier, when I used to sing in a choir. I am determined to find something like that again.
